What is a Shade Sail
A Shade Sail is a ‘Tensile fabric shade structure’ and they are manufactured from high density polyethylene (HDPE) knitted shade cloth that is treated with UV stabilizers to give it a very long life in direct sunlight.
Besides having a very strong knitted construction, the fabric also allows a Shade Sail to breathe, which means air can circulate through the fabric to create a much cooler environment beneath.
Shade Sails are available in a wide range of colors and have been designed to make attractive and practical solutions for your home, school, playground, park, swimming pool, office or sports facility.
